Namo Natural Health is a Wellness Center. We have a fully stocked Health Shop, Treatment facilities and beautiful wooden floor Exercise Studio. Our Health Shop stocks products like Natural Medicine, Books, Organic and Gluten Free Products, Supplements, Natural Beauty Products, Healthy Snacks, Essential and Massage Oils as well as brands like Solgar, Soil, Africa Organics, Phyto Force, Willow, Natura, NutriLife, Nakd, Simply Bee and Life Bake. We also stock a few of our own signature products like 5 Health Spices and Magnesium Mustard Bath Salts. Our Treatments are a unique combination of Pressure Points, Massage, Reflexology and Spinal Care to relieve stress and pain. We offer Tai Chi, Yoga, Pilates and Stretching classes in our Exercise Studio.

Ongelooflike diens met puik produkte wat my baie gehelp het. Sport massering van die hoogste gehalte. Dankie Henk, Duhne en Tertia vir vriendelike puik diens.

Ek het vir my ma van julle produkte gekoop vir haar verjaarsdag. Toe ek die pryse vergelyk met ander was julle baie kompeterend. Dankie vir goeie diens en puik produkte.

I was struggling with back pain for years. And one night a nerve in my lower back got piched and I was in agonizing pain. The next morning Henk manipulated my back and the pain was gone. I would recommend Namo to anyone suffering from back pain or if you want a relaxing massage that is beneficial to you're health. The front shop is also amazing with all natural products,if you have questions in regard to products just ask for Duhne,she is extremely knowledgeable and loves what she does.
