The typical ribs you get in South Africa are smothered with a sweet chutney or apricot sauce. Frankly, it’s just an adaptation of the Asian Sticky Ribs you get all over the Far East. It’s not real Barbecue Ribs!
After years of searching and experimenting we developed the best and the greatest barbecue pork rib recipe. It’s made from the finest ingredients, including more than 17 spices. Our ribs are made of the finest cut of Baby Back Ribs and marinated in our carefully curated Whiskey Sauce.
We then decided that we have to bring this awesomeness to the rest of South Africa. I mean, what kind of people would we be if we kept all this a secret? And here we are. Ribhouse was born and we will be in a town near you soon!
