I asked for a quote to have two doors fitted and a lock replaced and was told when I enquired why no one had come back to me a week later that they are busy with BIG jobs. Well, thanks for nothing, Glasfit! Common courtesy, such as keeping a client informed, goes a long way to maintaining customer relationships...
I appreciate the fact that Glasfit came back to me after this review to apologise and explain their situation. Based on that, and the previous glowing reviews, which is why I contacted them in the first place, I would definitely contact them again.
